Purdue’s CS acceptance rate is around 20%, but I believe that is overall and not broken down by IS or OOS. Given the lack of a regional subreddit, it also covers most things in the Champaign-Urbana area. There is only a 1 spot difference but whenever I ask the people/teachers at my school about which school to go to, all of them have the same reaction. However, some programs, especially College of Engineering, College of Business and anything stem related is highly competitive, almost (if not more) to an ivy league level, hence is why UIUC can be referred to as “public ivy”.
